Home renovation for extra space & income
This renovation is actually a Class 2 building. By adding an additional residence to the main house the owners are able to rent out the space for additional income and use it for friends and family when they wanted to. Situated on a slope, the challenging renovation was made harder by the fire and noise regulations needed to be compliant with the new building laws. The new renovation is separate from the main house.
The two buildings are separate but blend together seamlessly to make a uniform whole.
