Adding a lift & bathroom allows couple to stay longer
The Kurraba Point property has 5 stories and 110 steps from street to the top level with views of the harbour. The brief was to install a lift and bring the bathroom up to date so the owners could live there for a number more years after retirement. There were ground water issues that needed overcoming and fitting a lift into an existing dwelling required skill and attention to detail.
A very challenging renovation which the owners were very pleased with the outcome.
