Building from the Ground Up

More than 900 cubic metres of soil were carefully excavated to create the foundations for a home offering approximately 450 square metres of living space. This significant earthworks phase laid the groundwork for a residence that maximises the site’s potential while integrating seamlessly with its surroundings.
With three expansive levels, the completed home provides generous living areas, private retreats, and flexible spaces that support modern family life.
