One off rebuild of 3 storey house
Out largest and detailed project to date. Starting by removing over 900m3 of soil to create a floor plan with 450 square meters of living space. The house is spread over 3 levels and the structure is a mix of concrete timber and steel. This build threw up a number of challenges which needed overcoming to complete on time. Some of the features are three meter high ceilings, on demand hot water plumbing, commercial air conditioning system and insulated black standing seam wall panelling.
The owners are very happy to be bringing up their family in this one off build.
